What’s one habit that has improved your life the most?

A  stick to it Ness that is  coordinated with physical activity of the alot but light kind.  Habit where I have very small bites of food.  If the food is especially sweet or fatty say like a cheese then even and also more time with each  mouthful.   Also gaps between the next bite.  That thing of it has a certain resistance going on.   Sleeping only at nighthe dark. dark.   Waving  hello ,  adding far more things than    only  one !   Living and thinking seriously.   Being authentic  slash abnormal !  I,d sum this up by using the old and tried and true saying.  The  small things create a few nice overall things like the environment  and atmosphere of living my life to the fullest extent of it that I can make by my very own trying to do so myself.
