Good ways to stand  upto the Summer,s weather,s  hotter heat.

          Well  one is to take a Shower.    2nd .   Do not do much extra physical work.   Ever try to go to entirelly  being still.   3. Listening  deeply to  slower  and smoother music than  YOU  regularly get into alot.                  4th.  Have  a refreshing  refrigerated snack of fruits.     5.   Make sure to Drink the maximum of water and other fluids.    PS :  Diving into the well is wrong to do.
