It is the end of Friday Dec. 27th.  I saw weather was coming around that would make being outdoors in New York state uncomfortable.   So not having gone out hardly much at all in three days.  I went seven or something like that blocks to a local food pantry. Plus the Library and also a Bank and do a beer run too.Maybe the Suds will diminish my sneezing.  I added the detail of the seven block distance of it which is in distance away from home.   Approximately,  there was additional  steps as the phones counter,s app told it I did 2400.  Because I have and Very bad right hip.  An operation to replace it is planned to fix me up in that way at least.    It was a choice I felt afterward pleased by my making it.
