How do you practice self-care?

I  over practice to begin with.  It is due to add / adhd and learning disabilities.  This causes me to be on near peak energy using and rethinking too many very tiny things.  So I require myself to banish this beginning point to make strides in applying my chosen forms of self care. I will now them.  Praying from time to time.  Listening  to alot of various kinds of music.  From the late 1939s  big bands Tommy Dorsey , Glenn Miller , Benny Goodman to Elvis Presley,  the Mommas and the Poppas, Link Ray, Les Paul and Mary Ford,  Black Sabbeth, Lulu, Early Scorpions,  the Shoes, the  Dickies, Discharge, Ganggreen they cover why can,t we be friends, Bonnie Scott ACDC.  THE  CLASH!   Second I do a fingertip tapping ritual on my face temples forehead under chin by the ears low and in back.   Shoulders are included too as are  phew the armpits.  It is supposed to lessen the body’s stressing. I get off my ass  after a low length  of sitting,  each and every time.  This hampers stuff about self healing too.  I,ll in my mind think of it as a totally  necessary  churning like the tides.  Ying and Yang.  Isn,t  it very likely I figure so.
